Post Falls splits roughly into three install patterns for us. The older established neighborhoods around Greensferry and the streets stepping down toward Q'emiln Park have lots in the third- to half-acre range with mature landscaping — typically a Navimow i2 or X3 install with one antenna and a half-day on the calendar. The newer subdivisions south of I-90 and along Pleasant View have cleaner, larger lots — often a half to three-quarters of an acre with fewer obstacles, which is friendly X3 territory.
The third pattern is the bigger parcels out on the Post Falls Highway corridor and toward the river. Those are typically one to two acres with more terrain variation, and that's where we start talking about the Navimow X4 AWD or a Kress RTKn depending on slope and zone count.
Which Navimow fits a Post Falls yard?
For most Post Falls subdivisions, the Navimow i2 or X3 handles the job depending on square footage. The i105N covers up to roughly 0.12 acres of mowable turf; the i108N handles up to about 0.2; the X3 takes you cleanly into the half- to three-quarter-acre range. If you're on a sloped lot near the river or in the parts of Post Falls that grade toward Spokane River, the X4 AWD becomes the right call — it'll handle grades the X3 can't.
For the larger acre-plus parcels along Highway 41 north or Pleasant View, we'll sometimes recommend a Kress RTKn instead. Kress was built for bigger, more complex turf, and it earns its place on properties where a Navimow would be working at the edge of its size envelope.
