How we install here from Hayden
Rathdrum is about 20 minutes from our shop, which is a normal drive for us — most weeks we're in Rathdrum at least twice. Install days for the bigger Rathdrum properties typically run longer than a Hayden install because there's more to map, more no-go zones to set, and often a need for a second RTK antenna to cover the sight-line breaks from outbuildings or stands of pine. We schedule those as full-day jobs rather than pretending they'll wrap by lunch.

Rathdrum's elevation and exposure mean the shoulder seasons are a little longer than Coeur d'Alene's. Spring grass comes in slower and fall pine drop runs heavier on the wooded parcels. The Navimow X4 and Kress units handle the wet-spring traction better than the i-series, which matters more here than in town. For the wooded parts of Rathdrum, the pine needle conversation is real — the mower runs through light drop fine, but a heavy ponderosa fall still wants a blow-down before winter storage.
